Mike, Angie and of course Doug are the best remodel contractors we have ever had. And what's even more important is that they make sure we are completely satisfied and they even called back twice, after the job was completed to check up on on us and make sure we were enjoying our new bathroom that we waited 30 years to save the money and redo.

Mike and Angie worked with us on getting more accomplished than what we originally thought we were limited to do. Mike and Angie found a way for us to save funds and finish out the bathroom a lot sooner than we could have done otherwise.

We just wanted to express our thanks for the basement remodel job. Garrett did an outstanding job and we love the area. He was always there when he said he would be and was meticulous in every detail regardless of how minor it may have seemed.

We are extremely pleased with the renovation of our deck. Garrett is a methodical, meticulous and talented carpenter and he was very good about calling us for questions, suggestions and input. We also very much appreciate his respect for surrounding landscaping and the yard! I was somewhat shocked because Heartland started in the snow. The kid (Josh) started shoveling snow to be able to put materials. The Kid, Josh, was there early every morning and worked everyday until 4 or 5pm.
For the "Y Generation" my wife and I were very impressed with Josh's work ethics. Heartland fit our project in in November. I was pleased because I was expecting them to start in January.
We are very pleased with our covered deck with a roof line that matches our home's.

I would like to express my great appreciation for Mike, Jimmy, and the rest of the staff of Heartland Home Improvements for the wonderful basement finish in my home. From the initial quote, Mike provided me with detailed information and pricing of my project. He was able to create a plan that would maximize the time and money that I had a available. After having several different bids I found Heartland Home Improvements to be right in the middle, but presented themselves in a manor that I Was comfortable with. Mike came to ur meeting with a very detailed plan of pricing, tasks that would be completed, and time line for the project. They even thought about my pets and existing parts of my home and how they would be protected during the project.

Jimmy kept me informed of the progress of my basement, while including me and my tastes in the overall design. Jimmy came everyday completing the tasks he planned. He tidied up at the end of each day so that dust and debris would not be carried through out the house. His craftsmanship and general work was fantastic and I could not be happier with what has been done.

I got a very good impression from Mr. Gatschet's class during my attendance at the Home Show at Century II. The company met all of my expectations. Whatever "kinks" that arose were resolved effectively and in a timely manner. I would recommend your company to anyone!!!

I was impressed with the pictures of the remodels on your web page- that they weren't the typical "beige" projects. The guys were excellent in communicating- either via e-mail, by phone- to let me know time lines, changes, etc.
This was our first experience hiring a remodeler and I have been incredibly impressed with the family atmosphere that all the staff have.
We were updated at the end of each day by Josh as to what was done and what the plans were for the rest of the week.
It was a tricky project and we now have a beautiful bedroom that is respectful of the Victorian architecture of the rest of the house.

Thank you for such a positive experience- I feel like I have a friend rather than a contractor!
