Heartland Home Improvements is in the final stages of an extensive remodeling project at our home. We raised a ceiling, expanded rooms by moving walls, replaced all flooring with either wood laminate (basement) or solid wood (main level), replaced all windows and doors and tiled all bathrooms throughout the house. As you can see, this is a major undertaking that is essentially renovating the entire house.
We went through the detailed planning process with Mike and his team and utilized Nathan (designer) to help us design several aspects of the kitchen and great room. It has been approximately a year since we first began the design, determined costs and wrote the contract. In these days of supply chain issues, inflation, labor shortages and the normal hurdles that one will face with a project of this scope, The Heartland team has always been responsive, honest and fair when addressing any and all concerns or questions. The customer service and immediate response throughout our remodel journey by Mike, Nathan, Josh, Cheri, Matt, Blake and Jimmy has been excellent at every level. Even when you know the team has a lot on their plate, they make you feel like your concern is the most important thing they are dealing with at the time. This is an admirable trait in a time of deteriorating service levels and failure to take care of the customer.
We have every expectation as our long project soon comes to completion, that we will be thrilled for years to come as we appreciate, and live in, our newly renovated forever home. Heartland recently completed an extensive project for us which included: remodel of master suite, remodel of two other bathrooms and laundry room, addition of a bathroom in the basement, installation of wood, tile, and LVT flooring throughout our entire main level, and repair of several instances of water damage.
